In February 2013, in order to further implement the spirit of the second meeting of the 15th Zhangzhou Municipal People's Congress and the second meeting of the 12th Zhangzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, to promote science and technology enterprises to become the main body of technological innovation, and improve their independent innovation capabilities and competitiveness. After research by the Science and Technology Bureau of Zhangzhou City, it has been decided to recognize Runke Bioengineering (Fujian) Co., Ltd. as one of the enterprise technology innovation centers in Zhangzhou City in 2012 and awarded a bronze plaque.
