In order to thoroughly implement the guidelines of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the directives of the Provincial Science and Technology Conference, we aim to support the transformation of the economic development model, accelerate the development of an innovative Fujian Province, guide and facilitate the convergence of innovative elements towards enterprises, enhance the independent innovation capabilities of enterprises, and expedite the establishment of a technology innovation system that integrates industry, academia, and research, with enterprises as the central players and market orientation as the guiding principle.
