From March 23 to 25, 2011, the highly anticipated 15th China International Food Additives and Ingredients Exhibition (FIC) in the food industry opened simultaneously at the Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center, Shanghai International Exhibition Center, and Shanghai Mart. With a super-large scale of 58,000 square meters, the exhibition attracted over 1,000 exhibitors from home and abroad, covering 22 categories of food additives and 35 categories of food ingredients.
